How listings are ranked on our site

Every listing gets a quality score out of 100, and search results are ordered by it.
The biggest wins are real photos, a pin on the map, a description of at least a few paragraphs and the core specifications: area, bedrooms, bathrooms and floor.
Featured listings appear in their own labelled row above the results, so a paid listing never quietly outranks one that earned its place.
