Getting your home ready for photos

Buyers decide from the first photo whether to open a listing.

1. Shoot between 10 am and 2 pm with every curtain open.
2. Clear kitchen and bathroom counters completely.
3. Make the beds and remove personal photos.
4. Take one wide shot of each room from the doorway.
5. Finish with the view and the building entrance.
